Orange County is a precision market from Newport Coast and Laguna to Irvine, Anaheim Hills, and South County. Los Angeles splits by submarket, from the Westside and South Bay to the San Gabriel Valley. Riverside (Corona, Temecula, Murrieta, the Coachella Valley) and San Bernardino (West Valley to the High Desert) are where buyers still find more room to negotiate. San Diego, coastal and North County included, stays the tightest large coastal market of the five.
